SHIPPING & RETURNS
*Covid-19 Information: Please prepare for 1-3 week delays on all international orders. On some occasions, the delays might be even longer since the Air Mail is very slow at the moment.
Some countries have banned international mail from Japan (currently at least Italy, Chile, Argentina and Brazil), which means we are not able to ship your order. The restrictions are still changing, but if this is the case for you, you will always be able to cancel your order and get a full refund!
We ship worldwide and offer free international shipping on all orders over $35 (digital products are not calculated to the price).

Europe: 4-8 business days
US: 6-10 business days
Everywhere else: 6-11 business days
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO JAPAN - $1.40:
Average shipping time: 1-2 business days
All orders are prepared and sent from Japan within 1-4 business days of your order (Mon-Fri). Please keep in mind that the post offices are closed also on the Japanese National Holidays.
To keep the shipping prices as low as possible, we are sending the items as letter mail, which means that we are not able to provide a tracking number for your order. If it seems like your order is lost in the mail, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items are packed in a clear plastic bag to protect them from moisture and they are sent in a rigid envelope to prevent bending.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders that have already been shipped. However, if you received damaged products or are not happy about the order for some reason, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we can surely figure out a solution together.
If you ordered a wrong product/option or used the wrong shipping information, please contact us shortly via email or on Instagram DMs, and we're happy to fix the order for you.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are not calculated in our estimated delivery times.
